New Products / Thin Stone Panels
These panels address the problem of using a large panel of stone, up to 2800 x 1400, without the usual thickness for this size of 30 mm minimum. A thin veneer of stone, either marble or granite, is glued to a substrate of aluminium or fibreglass,selected for the application. The resultant panel is substantially lighter and easier to handle and has applications in cladding new and existing buildings, internal linings of lifts where weight saving is important and luxury yachts.
